Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow! Today I made a project for my first Linky Party, and after seeing many other blog challenges I’m excited and ready to participate in more! By utilizing a single themed paper pad, this is a fast and easy project.
For this “Let it Snow” themed card, I used retro inspired papers from the “Bundled Up” paper pad by Crate Paper. I also added a lot of texture and dimension to the snow scene, I accomplished this look using three types of glitter. We love glitter!!
I saved the ribbon packaging from a recent blanket I purchased, good thing I did, the colors and textures work wonderfully together. Tulle was used behind the glittered snowflakes and a clear rhinestone was the finishing touch! Inside the card, I used more coordinating pieces from the paper pad. I love the retro papers!
