Sylvia Zet has some super sweet toppers, similar to this angel, that are pre-colored and pre-punched for quick and easy crafting! I added a few of my own touches to this topper, including stickles to the flower centers, rhinestones around the edges of a 4″ doily, and ink to the edge of the topper. To finish it off, I added a tulle bow, lavender ribbon, a small cluster of flowers and a beaded hat pin.
On the bottom portion of this easel card, I stamped a sentiment and used foam tape to add dimension. Rhinestones were added to hold the card in position.
I used the “Pretty Pennants” Cricut Cartridge to create the background. The hat pin was created using a corsage pin, a purple Copic Marker – used to color the head, with coordinating beads. To keep the beads from falling off you can use a dab of glue (E-6000), then slide an earring back onto the bottom to keep the pin from poking you.

Background – Cricut – “Pretty Pennants”
